What to write to us about
A correction
If a specification looks wrong, a price is badly out of date, or a recommendation no longer holds, tell us which page and what you saw. We check every correction against the manufacturer’s own documentation, and we tell you what we found either way. Where a correction changes a recommendation, we note the change and the date on the page itself.
A gear question
Tell us the trip, the group and the budget and we will point you at the right guide, or at the right finder. If we do not have an answer yet, the question goes on the list of what to write next, and those reader questions are the main thing that decides our schedule.
Brands and PR
We do not accept paid placements, sponsored rankings, paid links or gifted product in exchange for coverage. Commission and advertising have no influence on what we recommend, and that is not negotiable. Our full position is in the Editorial and Advertising Policy.
What is useful to send: specification sheets, test data, and notice of product revisions that change a spec without changing the model name. If you want a product considered for testing, say what it does that its competitors do not, and give us the numbers.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, email the address above with “Privacy” in the subject line. We answer within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

Ventureora is an independent camping gear review and comparison publisher. We are not a shop. We do not sell, stock, ship or warranty any of the products we write about, so we cannot help with an order, a delivery, a return or a refund. Those go to the retailer you bought from.
